General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

In accordance with the provisions of the Law on the Processing of Personal Data and with the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679, the Company's Fund Administration Department has the duty to inform the Subscribers, in writing, that their personal details shall not be used for any other purpose other than the provision of the services specified in the Subscription/Client Services Agreement, with the exception of the provisions of the Law with respect to the disclosure of information to the regulatory authorities, if so requested at any point.
